1、鋁板的硬度

首先是狀態重要了
   first of all, state matters
狀態分為全硬、半硬、軟態(通常軟態叫O態),全硬的折彎效果基本不太行(鋁板狀態是H18、H19、H38等都是全硬的),半硬狀態的鋁板基本上都可以折彎(H24的也就是半硬的)。O態的折彎是肯定沒問題,但是由于太軟了,基本上用這種狀態的來折彎的比較少。

    具體情況建議試樣再確定,如果用6061、2024、7075由于硬度太高,特別是T6狀態的更是,應該折彎不了,除非加溫再折,質量好的鋁板與質量差鋁板的區別是氧化性能、公差、表面效果、晶精度及均勻穩定性等有區別的,單單折彎效果區別不大。
